Glenworth Valley on the Central Coast of New South Wales is both a suburb and an outdoor adventure centre. If it’s the suburb you’re interested in, then Emerald Pool and the Mount Olive Lookout in the Popran National Park will be of most interest.

However, the outdoor adventure centre dominates Glenworth Valley. Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures offers horse-riding, quad-biking, abseiling and axe-throwing. It’s also possible to try Laser Skirmish and kayaking at this Central Coast activity centre.
