Indian food at Hanuman Darwin

Hanuman Darwin is perhaps most famous for its Indian dishes. The signature dish is a butter chicken pepped up with cardamom and fenugreek. However, this isn’t a straight down the line Indian restaurant.

If that sounds more Thai than Indian, you’d be correct, as there are plenty of Thai influences on the Hanuman menu. The same applies to Malay flavours. A major part of what makes Hanuman special is that it mixes flavours from different cuisines to provide something that doesn’t exclusively belong to one particular place.
