Brisbane to Goondiwindi drive: Warrego Highway to Toowoomba

The drive from Brisbane to Goondiwindi then continues north of Ipswich before joining the Warrego Highway.

There are some decent options if you’re happy to take a short detour. These include the Kholo Botanic Gardens, Lake Wivenhoe, the Lockyer State Forest and heritage town Laidley.
