Myola, New South Wales: Accommodation and things to do

The best things to do in Myola, New South Wales, are kayaking or paddleboarding on Currambene Creek or swimming at Callala Beach. For accommodation, try Tasman Holiday Parks – Myola.

Myola, New South Wales, is a small village on Jervis Bay. As the crow flies, Myola is very close to Huskisson, the activity hub of Jervis Bay. However, Currambene Creek gets in the way, and the Huskisson to Myola drive is 34m long, taking around half an hour. You’re better off taking the short Husky Ferry journey instead.

You can easily see the southern end of Myola from Huskisson Wharf. The narrow finger of sand pointing into the mouth of Currambene Creek is the end of Callala Beach. This is the longest beach in Jervis Bay and it runs along Myola’s eastern shore.

There is also a children’s playground, but the main point of difference is the kangaroos. Roos are regularly spotted grazing within this Myola caravan park’s grounds.
