Reflections Byron Bay location
One thing massively in Reflections Byron Bay’s favour is an absolutely tremendous location. It is just behind Clarkes Beach, which is next to Byron Bay’s Main Beach, and on the famous walking route to the Cape Byron Lighthouse.
The Clarkes Beach caravan park manages to hit the holy grail of being by the beach while also being pretty central to the action. It’s about a ten minute walk into the town centre.
If you can do just one thing in Byron Bay, make it kayaking with dolphins. The scenery’s beautiful, and you can get much closer to the dolphins than you would on a boat tour. BOOK HERE.
Reflections Byron Bay facilities
The general rule of thumb with Australian holiday parks is the better the location, the more meagre the facilities. That rings true here. Reflections Byron Bay is a pretty simple caravan park. It has a children’s playground, but it doesn’t have a pool. It does offer surfboard and bicycle hire, however, and access to Clarkes Beach is right by the park entrance.
There’s also a camp kitchen, barbecue area and laundry.
Clarkes Beach caravan park prices
Demand for this Byron Bay caravan park is high, which unfortunately means prices are high by Australian standards. Rates at the Clarkes Beach caravan park start at $49 per night for an unpowered tent site. If you want a powered site, that costs from $74.
Reflections Byron Bay also offers a weird assortment of cabins, villas, tiny houses and Airstream caravans. The cheapest of these – a standard cabin – costs from $208 per night.
The prices were correct at the time of writing for shoulder season. Obviously, they are subject to change and seasonal fluctuation. Bookings should be made online.
