Perth to Kalbarri drive: Cervantes and the Pinnacles

Following the Perth to Lancelin leg, the next road trip stop is Cervantes. There are solid photo stops at the Nilgen Lookout and Wedge Lookout en route, however.

Most head to the Nambung National Park, though – home to the moonscape-esque rock formations of the Pinnacles Desert.

The best things to do in Cervantes include snorkelling at Hangover Bay and seeing the stromatolites at Lake Thetis.

Perth to Kalbarri road trip attractions: Jurien Bay

It’s only another 17 minutes to Jurien Bay, arguably the best beach town between Perth and Geraldton.

Things to do in Jurien Bay include snorkelling with sea lions, skydiving and enjoying the wildflowers in Lesueur National Park.
