By car, the distance from Sydney to Terrigal is 96km. That makes for a driving time of around one hour and 25 minutes if the traffic is kind.
The Sydney to Terrigal drive leaves Sydney on the M1, before connecting to the M2 in Artarmon.
The drive then runs west of Lane Cove National Park then joins the North Connex near the Cumberland State Forest in West Pennant Hills. This joins the Pacific Motorway at Wahroonga. Architecture fans might want to make a slight detour towards the strikingly modernist Rose Siedler House.
