Ulladulla to Batemans Bay road trip: Murramarang National Park

Along the coast from here, you come to Kioloa and the Murramarang National Park. The Old Coast Road passes several beaches, but the star attraction is Pebbly Beach. Here kangaroos hang around the dunes and often bound off across the sands. The beach isn’t actually pebbly, by the way – it’s sandy.

If you’re just interested in Pebbly Beach rather than Bawley Point, you’re better off continuing down the Princes Highway and turning off down Mt Agony Road. That’s also the turn-off for Depot Beach and Durras North.
