Where does the City Circle Tram go?

The City Circle tram runs along Latrobe Street at the northern end of the CBD, then down Nicholson Street and Spring Street in the east. It then covers the southern boundary along Flinders Street, and the west along Spencer Street.

Then comes the awkward addition, where Melbourne’s tourist tram temporarily diverts west into the Docklands.

City Circle Tram timetable

The City Circle Tram timetable is a daytime only affair. On most days, the first service heads north up Spencer Street at 09.25. The final service of the day arrives at Waterfront City at 18.44.

The City Circle Trams run every 15 minutes in each direction.

There are several good attractions on or near the City Circle Tram route. These include Federation Square, the Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium, Marvel Stadium, Parliament House and the Treasury Gardens.
