Melbourne Skydeck experiences: The Edge
The Edge is the most notorious of these extra experiences. It is a transparent glass cube that sticks out from the top of the building. Look between your feet while standing on it, and you’ll see all the way down. It’s a great spot for taking dramatic photos.
Admission to the Melbourne Skydeck including the Edge costs $40.
VR Plank and Voyager Theatre
Other experiences include the VR Plank, where guests don a virtual reality headset that convinces them they’re walking a plank high above Melbourne’s streets.
There’s also the Voyager Theatre, a supposedly six dimensional ride that takes you through a computer-generated Melbourne.
All of these experiences can be booked at the same time as the general entry ticket, to save faffing with extra individual payments on the day.
