The Farm Byron Bay is a collective effort, with a group of small businesses gathered in one place. The land is used by a community of growers with one thing in common – using sustainable methods that are spray and chemical free.
Three Blue Ducks restaurant at the Farm Byron Bay
Heritage breed pigs and highland cattle roam free, and vegetables grown on the farm are served in the Three Blue Ducks restaurant.
This is a branch of Three Blue Ducks, which started in Bronte, Sydney to widespread acclaim. But it isn’t the only place to eat at the Farm Byron Bay. The Bread Social Bakery specialises in baked goods and breakfasts, while Baylato does delicious gelato.
The Produce Store, meanwhile, is an extension of Three Blue Ducks. This store aims to show locally-made foods and ingredients – not just those from the farm itself, but the best that the Northern Rivers region has to offer.
