ICC Sydney is on the western side of Darling Harbour, which lies just to the west of Sydney CBD. It is pretty easy to walk to the Sydney Exhibition Centre, as it’s just over 1km away from Sydney Central Station. The walk from Central Station to the Exhibition Centre only takes about 12 minutes.

Light rail from Central to Exhibition Centre

The Exhibition Centre stop on the Dulwich Hill to Central light rail line serves ICC Sydney. The L1 light rail trains from Central Station stop there frequently.

According to the Central to Exhibition Centre light rail timetable, the first light rail service of the day departs Central Station at 06.00. The last service of the day departs at 23.30. There are extra services until 00.00 on Friday nights, however.
The light rail departs every eight minutes during the peak morning commuter hours, every ten minutes most of the day and every 15 minutes at most.
The journey from Central to the Exhibition Centre stop on the L1 light rail service takes nine minutes.
