This is an open air platform extending over the main structure of the observation deck, and the only way to visit is on a guided tour. You’ll be suited up with safety harnesses before being allowed to peer over the edge.

At the time of writing, ticket prices for the Sydney Tower Eye observation deck cost $24.80. These tickets should be booked online.

The Skywalk at the Sydney Tower costs $89, and includes entry to the observation deck. Again, book online rather than risk disappointment turning up on the day.

Sydney Tower restaurant

Also at the Sydney Tower Eye, just below the observation deck, are Bar 83 – Sydney’s highest cocktail bar – and a revolving restaurant. The Skyfeast experience in the revolving restaurant is a lavish buffet, with plenty of impressive local seafood and meats, conducted with 360 degree, every-changing views of the city.

Booking online for the Skyfeast is essential, and tickets cost $100.
