Pancho Ballarat: Latin American restaurant menu & opening times

Probably the best Latin American restaurant in Ballarat, Pancho offers dishes from across the region. The Pancho Ballarat menu includes options from Venezuela, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

Pancho is arguably the best Latin American restaurant in Ballarat, Victoria. Part of this is down to convenience – Pancho Ballarat is in a handy city centre location within easy walk of the train station. But good food kinda helps, too.

Pancho Ballarat is Latin American in outlook, and serves up dishes from all over the region. Sure, you’ll get Mexican classics such as fish tacos, but this isn’t a solely Mexican restaurant. You’ll also encounter dishes from Colombia, Peru, Puerto Rico and elsewhere.

Pancho Ballarat menu

The Peruvian influence on the Pancho Ballarat menu is best seen in the kingfish ceviche, which is served with lime, coriander and chilli.
