Rottnest Island weather: High temperatures and low rainfall
The Bureau of Meteorology’s historic climate data shows that the hottest month on Rottnest Island is generally February, with an average mean maximum temperature of 27.2°C. The mean maximum temperature on Rottnest Island is above 25.2°C in December, February and March, too.
The Rottnest Island weather is at its coldest between June and September, with an average mean maximum temperature of 17.8°C in July.
Rainfall on Rottnest Island is also considerably higher during the winter months. There’s an average of 111mm in July, but just 10.5mm in December.
