There are three timetabled Phillip Island to French Island ferries on weekdays, four on Saturdays and five on Sundays. One way fares cost $14.50, and the crossing time is 15 minutes.

The Phillip Island to French Island ferry connects the two main islands in Western Port Bay, Victoria. For both, the usual ferry crossing is from Stony Point on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Stony Point to Phillip Island ferry isn’t really necessary, as there is a bridge from San Remo on the mainland. The French Island ferry, however, is the only way across to French Island.

However, there is also a direct ferry service from Phillip Island to French Island, run by Western Port Ferries.

According to the Phillip Island to French Island ferry timetable, there are three services per day on weekdays. These leave at 08.35, 15.20 and 18.00.

There are four ferries on Saturdays, leaving at 08.30, 10.50, 14.45 and 17.25. On Sunday, however, there are five ferries to French Island leaving from Phillip Island. These depart at 09.00, 11.15, 12.40, 15.05 and 17.35.

In the reverse direction, the French Island to Phillip Island ferries depart at 08.05, 14.55 and 17.35 on weekdays. It’s 07.55, 10.20, 14.20 and 16.50 on Saturdays, then 08.35, 10.35, 12.15, 14.35 and 17.05 on Sundays.
