Melbourne to Eden road trip: Best stops, distance & drive time
Melbourne to Eden road trip: Beowa National Park
On the final leg from Mallacoota to Eden, there’s a lot of green forest. The Maramingo Creek Nature Conservation Reserve comes just before the New South Wales border, but the best stops come afterwards.
The Princes Highway has Mount Imlay National Park to the west and Beowa National Park to the east. The latter, formerly known as Ben Boyd National Park, is the best set up for visitors. If picking just one highlight, it’s the coastal walking track from the Green Cape Lighthouse to Bittagabee Bay.
