Cotton Tree caravan park location and beach access

The Cotton Tree caravan park is on the south head of the Maroochy River near the Cotton Tree Pool. To the north-west is Cotton Tree Beach, one of the safest swimming spots on the Sunshine Coast.

To the east is Maroochydore Beach, which gets considerably more surf. There’s direct access to both beaches from this Sunshine Coast caravan park.

Also next to this Maroochydore caravan park is the Cotton Tree Swimming Pool complex, which has 50m and 25m pools. Close by are parks with public barbecues and several cafés.

The options on the doorstep help to mask the facilities in the Cotton Tree Holiday Park itself. This Sunshine Coast caravan park has free WiFi, laundry facilities and free barbecues, but this is kinda standard for Australian caravan parks. There’s nothing above and beyond the standard issue facilities.
