Apple Daily Bar at Print Hall, Perth

The Apple Daily Bar, also within the Print Hall complex, has stronger food leanings. It’s more of a bistro, but aims to sprinkle in some Asian street culture.

The menu at the Apple Daily Bar encourages sharing, with a mixture of snacks, large plates and sides. Asian drinks on the menu include Taiwanese whiskey and sake from Japan.

Earlier in the day, you might be more interested in Small Print, the underground coffee house. Small Print at Print Hall is open from 7am, aiming for those in need of a caffeine fix on the way into work.

Bob’s Bar in Print Hall, Perth

Perhaps the most exciting option of all in this multi-level Brookfield Place venue is Bob’s Bar. Named in honour of former Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke, Bob’s Bar is accessed via a staircase covered in newspapers.

This Perth CBD rooftop bar is heavily aimed at the after work crowd, and there’s an emphasis on craft beers. There are several beers from the Colonial Brewing Co in Margaret River, and charcuterie boards are the go-to items on the food menu.
