The TransWA Busselton to Perth bus timetable is frankly confusing, but there are two departures per day from Monday to Friday. Then there’s one bus per day on Saturday and Sunday. The weekday buses leave at 10.05 and 16.52. The morning bus take three hours and 55 minutes to reach Perth, while the afternoon bus is timetabled to take three hours and 38 minutes.

There is an alternative option with South West Coach Lines, which runs four Busselton to Perth buses per day, except on Sundays when it’s three. These services have a few extra stops – notably Eaton and Binningup.
