Where Lake Moogerah comes into its own, however, is as a camping destination. Lake Moogerah Camping on the lake shore has a total of 115 sites. Therefore, there’s plenty of space to spread out in. There are full amenity blocks with toilets and hot showers, plus a camp kitchen with electric barbecues.

The camp site also has a kiosk selling snacks, ice creams and basic groceries. There’s a playground for children, too.
