The underrated Victorian town of Nagambie has some very plush accommodation at the Mitchelton Winery. But if you’re coming to sample Nagambie’s food and drink scene (including the Nagambie Brewery), you might want to stay somewhere cheaper. Nagambie accommodation: Nagambie Caravan Park

The Nagambie Caravan Park is just to the south of town, next to the Nagambie Golf Course. It is very family-friendly, too.

The Nagambie Caravan Park offers a solar-heated swimming pool with baby wading area. There’s also a jumping pillow trampoline, two games rooms and two playgrounds – one of which has a sand pit.

Nagambie Leisure Park accommodation prices

Despite the name, the Nagambie Caravan Park isn’t really aimed at campers and caravanners. Unpowered sites cost from $38, but if you want power, then you’ll have to splash out for a motel room or holiday unit. Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park

The Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park unquestionably has a better location. It is on a narrow spit of land sandwiched between Lake Nagambie and the Goulburn River. If it’s nature you want, this is an obvious first choice for Nagambie accommodation.

The pool is solar heated and resort-style, with an infinity edge. There’s also a jumping pillow, kids playground and games room. There are two boat ramps for the fishing enthusiasts, a couple of barbecue areas and two all-weather tennis courts.

Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park rates: Sites and cabins

The Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park doesn’t offer unpowered sites, and powered sites cost from $49 per night. Ensuite sites cost from $60 per night.

If you’re not camping or caravanning, there are lodges sleeping twelve for from $159 per night. Cabins sleeping five cost from $159 a night, too. Bookings can be made online.
