The second Bay Vista in Parramatta opened in 2017, and uses the same menu.
Some classics have been on the menu since 1991. These include the tropical pavlova with passion fruit sauce, fresh banana, fresh sliced strawberries, kiwi fruit and blueberries, as well as the chocolate nut brownie.
