Pyrmont Bridge Hotel, Sydney: Opening hours and bistro menu
The Pyrmont Bridge Hotel in Sydney is open late – it’s a famous early morning hangout. But during the day, the bistro at the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel serves up pub classics and affordable steaks.
The Pyrmont Bridge Hotel on the eastern side of Darling Harbour is one of Sydney’s longest-standing late night venues. For decades, this Darling Harbour pub has been somewhere you can keep drinking long after most other pubs have closed.
This doesn’t mean the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel is a club, however. Yes, there’s music and you can dance, but it’s still very much a pub, and it doesn’t pretend to be anything that it’s not. It’s just a pub that can get a little raucous and messy in the early hours of the morning.
