Sushi Hub in Australia is a franchised chain of sushi restaurants/ take-aways. The chain began in 2006, when the original Sushi Hub opened in Cabramatta, Western Sydney. Since then, this Australian sushi chain has rapidly expanded. There are now more than 100 Sushi Hub stores across Australia.

In fact, this Australian sushi restaurant is so ubiquitous that many Australians will eat there and not realise it’s a chain. It’s just that sushi joint down the road or the one near work.

What’s on the Sushi Hub menu?

There are dozens of different choices on the Sushi Hub menu, but this Australian sushi chain has several signatures. These include the crispy free range chicken roll, the tuna salad roll and Tasmanian salmon roll. Sushi Hub also sells a lot of sushi boxes and salad boxes.

Where is the nearest Sushi Hub?

There are more than 100 Sushi Hubs in Australia, and a full list is on the company website. There are several in Sydney, often in suburban locations such as Casula Mall, Macarthur Square in Campbelltown and Westfield in Hurstville. But there are also city centre locations in the Queen Victoria Building, Chifley Plaza and World Square, amongst others.

In regional New South Wales, you’ll find a Sushi Hub in Woy Woy, Kotara and East Maitland. There’s also one in Wagga Wagga, but most are restricted to the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter region. You’ll also find outlets at Westfield Belconnen and the South Point Shopping Centre in the Australian Capital Territory.

In Queensland, most outlets are in suburban Brisbane, although there are three city centre options at the Myer Centre, Albert Street and Post Office Square.

There are two city centre Sushi hubs in Perth, seven in Melbourne and two in Adelaide. Otherwise, again, they pop up in suburban shopping centres.
