This is one of the most famous places in Australia for seeing kangaroos. The local mob hangs out on the fairway or, if it’s too hot, in the bushes next to the fairways.

The other major attraction in Anglesea is Anglesea Beach. About 400 metres long, this beach is somewhat protected by Point Roadknight. This makes Anglesea Beach relatively safe for swimming.
